Meet The Founder
Nicole Estelle Roman is a transformational leader, consultant, coach, author, and community advocate with more than 25 years of experience spanning marketing, advertising, media, nonprofit leadership, ministry, entertainment, and community engagement. She is passionate about helping people, brands, and organizations connect purpose with action through strategic leadership, authentic storytelling, and meaningful relationship building.
Throughout her career, Nicole has worked across client relations, media, communications, outreach, and leadership development, helping organizations strengthen visibility, deepen engagement, build strategic partnerships, and create lasting impact. Her diverse background gives her a unique ability to bridge vision and execution while developing innovative solutions that inspire growth and drive results.
As the founder and visionary of DSI Legacy Group, established in 2019, Nicole has built a purpose-driven ecosystem focused on consulting, advocacy, leadership development, media, publishing, community initiatives, and strategic collaboration. She is also preparing to launch a magazine and media platform dedicated to faith, culture, healing, purpose, leadership, and inspiring stories that create meaningful impact.
